Default Shipping via USPS First Class International.
For additional peace of mind, shipping upgrade options are available.
USPS does not offer a guaranteed arrival date nor no tracking ability via First Class International Mail (your current shipping method).
On very very rare occasions, First Class International Mail may take several weeks or even months.
Your other options are;
1. USPS Priority Mail® International
(According to USPS, expected delivery time is 7-12 business days excluding your country's Custom clearance time. Additional shipping cost of $15-33.)
2. USPS Express Mail® International
(According to USPS, expected delivery time is 3 - 7 business days excluding your country's Custom clearance time. Additional shipping charge of $28 and up.)
If you wish to upgrade, send me an email with your preferred method and I will create a new link for you. That way, I can give you a new shipping cost and change the listing accordingly.

Notes For International Customers

• It depends on each destination country's custom how long the delivery time is. There is no guarantee your package will arrive within estimated time frames.
• When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
• USPS First Class International shipments do not include, tracking number, delivery confirmation, as regulations for each country vary. If you wish to have a tracking number for international shipping, please send me your preference to adjust the additional costs before the check out.
• Customer is responsible for all customs and local fees regarding international purchases. Customs may apply additional costs such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.
• Harumoto would like the international customers to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to inspection, and may be opened by customs authorities.
• All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms.

Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receiving the scarf. Please return your item/items within 30 days. I will refund your payment within 3 business days of receiving the scarf. Please remember to keep the scarf in its original condition.
Original shipping charges will be refunded only if we have sent the wrong item or if the item is defective.
Please ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. Silk Scarves Takuyo cannot accept responsibility for packages I do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
If your package arrives at Harumoto within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Harumoto.
